Scorpion polo shirt design

There has been very little response to the scorpion polo shirt so I decided to make you a mock up so you can at least get an idea of what it will look like.  I have spoken to the company that will make the polos and they have said they will put names on the shirts for and extra £3 each.  I have re-done the order form to reflect the final cost, it is up to you if you want to have your name (or nickname) on your shirt.  Order forms can be downloaded from here.

Polo shirt order deadline

The polo shirts (and hoodies) need to be ordered in quantities of 6+, please place your orders and bring your money in by March 27 so we can order them all at the same time.  You can see the design of the polo shirts here and you can download the order form here
