Wide game at Kibblestone tonight (24/9/13)

As I mentioned last week we will be playing wide games up at Kibb tonight, please be at the main car park at 19:30 and bring your subs with you. For any of you that do not know where Kibblestone is the address is:

Staffordshire
ST15 8UJ

We will be finishing at 21:30 as usual.

Please wear sensible footwear and bring a torch. It is probably best to bring some sort of waterproof just in case the weather turns ugly.

Membership and consent forms

Recently we have had an influx of new members which is brilliant but this does mean we need to make sure we have all of the correct contact details and medical information for all of you. Please can EVERYONE (unless you have already handed one in this year or you are leaving in the next few months) download and print a new membership form from here. This is very important, without this information we could be caught short in the event of something happening.

Chamboree 2014

As mentioned from August 1-9th next year there will be the 2014 Chamboree in Cheshire. The cost will be somewhere in the region of £210, this includes all of your activities and food but in order to keep costs down it does not include your transportation costs. The camp is just off junction 19 on the M6 it takes about 30 minutes to get there.

If you want to attend we need to know numbers this is a very popular event so we need to book onto it ASAP, please bring a £20 deposit as soon as you can. We will sort out some bag packing to help you all pay for the camp as I know it is a lot of money.

October Camp

As I mentioned I have booked a camp at Beaudesert which will run from Friday October 25 – 27. The cost is £35 which includes all food and activities (rifle shooting, archery, crate stacking, circus skills and pyrography).

Please bring a £10 deposit ASAP, I need to confirm numbers very soon.
